Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve this problem, is missing or damaged

After getting the error message I choosed "repair", ACC is now working again but none of my installed products (PS, LR Classic, Bridge) is showing as installed, all three buttons show "INSTALL" ,  any suggestions how to fix this?? ( OS= Windows 10, never had any similar problems before) All three products are functioning normally, only the "connection" to the ACC app seems broken.

be sure you are signed in in the Create Cloud app as the expected AdobeID.

I am signed in, also tried with signing out and signing in again but the problem remains

Solved!  After trying all means to avoid a re-install I simply pressed the button "INSTALLL" and 2 seconds later the button showed "OPEN", now ACC is back to normal again.
