Adobe Cloud App Confused

My Cloud App page stalled while downloading Photoshop and now I get no response
from it--cannot download, delete to install a new app or anything. Using a Dell PC with
Windows 7. Problem 5 days old and I do not feel good about it and have failed in
my attempt to contact Adobe support.

I would suggest doing an EndTask in Taskmanager on the two or three things that say Creative Cloud in the Process (or maybe Details) tabs, reboot, and try again.
