Adobe charged my credit card without approval or billing

Dear Adobe, I've been using your product for years. But lately, I'm very disappointed on your customer service. I've filed a case ( ADB-362211-L4P3) with you on 4th Dec 2017 and until now there's no status update or any follow up action. Could someone please assist on this, thank you.

This message board is not sponsored by or administered by Adobe from what I understand. If you have a billing issue just call them. I've always been treated very fairly by their customer support team in regards to billing.
