Hi Guys,

Can you please check the activate the CC product after other product of CC was uninstalled.

For example I have a PC running with Photoshop CC 2014 and CC 2015. All license good. Then running the uninstall package for CC 2014 in mode silent.

Msiexec /uninstall Build\PhotoshopCC2014ENx64.msi /quiet /norestart

After the Photoshop CC 2015 is on Trial mode.

Why happen this ?

There is a way to silent deploy a uninstall package for a product without affect the other ones ?

We have created a package of license to regenerated again and workaround this issues.

Note : this situation not happen when you uninstall the product directly on the control panel

Once licensing has been removed, the best way to add it back is through a Creative Cloud Licensing file. See the following for further information and instructions: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-clou...

We'll have to do some testing internally to see if this is normal behavior for silent uninstalls. In the past this wasn't the case, but perhaps this is a bug.
