Photoshop: How do I purchase Creative Cloud in Sri Lanka?

Hi, I'm residing in Sri Lanka and I would like to subscribe or purchase Photoshop CC 2017. But I am unable to make the payment as it says "Not available in Sri Lanka". This problem has been answered to before, but none of the answers were helpful at all. Could someone please tell me where I can purchase a license key or how to subscribe to Photoshop CC 2017 please. Thank you.

Purchasing from Amazon is not an option. Amazon US store can only sell to US customers. German Amazon only sells to Germany, Japan to Japan, etc. The only way to get Creative Cloud in Sri Lanka is CC for teams through a 3rd party reseller: http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/products/creativecloud/cc/pdfs/cc-availability-matrix.pdf
