First, you haven't installed any of the Bridge updates. You should be on version 5.0.2.

When I go to help and updates on Bridge the system tells me that it is up to date. Where do I go from here?

The update installed correctly? Have you tried restoring Bridge's preferences by holding down Ctrl + Alt + Shift when you launch it?

The Adobe Application Manager tells me the update was successfully installed. I did restore Bridge's preferences when I launched it.

I am still getting the message "Adobe Bridge CS6 has stopped working."

This problem has been around for years and Adobe will never fix it.

Are you experiencing this issue? What version of Bridge? Are all the updates installed?

In the past 5 years or so I've had this problem on 4 different computers. I currently have ver. 5.0.2.4. on 2 computers (Windows 10). Whenever Bridge stops working the first thing I do is to make sure I have the latest updates. I've disabled start-up scripts, purged cache, restored Bridge preferences, etc. I checked many forums and I've never seen this problem solved. However, I have learned to live with it. Learning to use Lightroom is probably the real solution.

I am having the same issue. I run windows 10 CS5 64 bit. Photoshop is working fine. NEVER had this issue with bridge and dont have it on my other computer either, just my newer one (they both have the same OS). Purged the cache, restarted, did the right click trouble shoot thing, made sure the updates were good. All the tricks I know, and nothing.
