Photoshop CC: Adjustment Layers do not reflect settings applied by Actions in Properties Panel.

I have an Action that desaturates a layer in the current document by applying a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer. It does not alter the "Master" Saturation, instead altering each of the Saturations for each of the colour channels. This works fine.

However when I review the Properties panel for this layer, all of the Saturation values for these colour channels are zeroed when they should each be set to -100. This is despite the effected layers all appearing desaturated.

As soon as I touch the sliders they behave as expected, reintroducing full colour when set to zero.

In PS6 this properties panel would remember to display the correct (current) settings of the Hue/Saturation adjustment layer.

Adobe Photoshop Version: 14.0 (14.0 20130423.r.221 2013/04/23:23:00:00) x64
Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit
Version: 6.1 Service Pack 1

Touching one slider (as described above) resets all the other colour channels resetting to zero. This undoes all of the Action's previous settings.

Grrr.
