Adobe added bugs in Photoshop in CS4 when the added the Adjustment Panel. The Adjustment Panel Fly-out menu two items that are not options or preferences what they are a bugs that can bite. I reported the bugs in CS5 to Adobe. Adobe acknowledge these bugs. Adobe stated they may fix the bugs in some future release of Photoshop. Then Adobe withdrew my Bug report over my objection. CS4 was Photoshop Release 11 Photoshop CC 2015 is Photoshop release 16. Five release after CS4. Adobe please remove the items "Add Mask by Default" and "Clip to Layer" from the Adjustment Panels Fly-out menu. These are not settable in Actions and are not accessible or settable in script. They can cause Photoshop automation to work incorrectly or fail. Its been five year now.
