Do you mean that red area? You have turned the mask overlay on, so the brush shows the mask itself in red. Turn it off underneath the image or press the 'O' key.

It's from my home pc, at work pc i have latest Lightroom with licence, but issue is the same

Your license says 'Trial'. Is that correct? If not, how do you pay for your license? Through a month subscription or as a one time payment?

No, it's not. Try this: Go to Preferences - Performance and turn off the use of the Graphics Processor.
