Adjusting the screen size of PS, Bridge and Camera RAW

I have PS on my PC (Windows 7, screen resolution 1920x1080) and laptop (Windows 8 touchscreen, resolution 3200x1800). On my PC the size of tools and fonts is acceptable, but on my laptop everything is so small that it is unusable. Adobe on-line chat have showed me an experimental feature in the latest version of PS whereby, in preferences, you can increase the UI to 200% which makes a big difference to the whole screen. However it is not available in Bridge or Camera RAW. This is a real problem that needs to be resolved - what is the point of buying a high resolution screen for photography work if all aspects of PS cannot be used? When will the experimental feature become standard in all elements of PS? I am most surprised that Adobe has not resolved this problem earlier!
