I am trying to upgrade my storage level from the basic 2 GB to 20 GB. Each time I click the "add storage," I get an error message saying: "Adobe Store is unavailable. please confirm your connection settings and try again.
Just now, I tried starting the storage upgrade process, and don't seem to be blocked from the system. I'm trying on my home connection, so this should be like your own experience. On my Mac, using the Firefox browser, clicking Add Storage loads the subscription upgrade mechanism just fine. Hm, on Windows system, I see Internet Explorer takes noticeably longer to load the account storage upgrade mechanism, compared to other web browsers like Firefox and Chrome.
What is your operating system and web browser used? Is it possible for you to try this process by logging into your account using another browser, e.g., Firefox or Google Chrome? If that works better for you, please let me know--maybe there's some fine tuning to be done on our end.
