When using the "Point" tone curve in Camera Raw, can we have a tool which allows you to hover the tool over the photo, and to see which portion of the Point curve that it corresponds to? I find that this is a very useful feature already in Photoshop's Curves layers. So it would be nice to have it also in Camera Raw. And, like in Photoshop Curves layers, it should also work so that if you place the tool on the photo and move it up or down, then the Point Curve will be affected.

Hi, you can press the command/alt key while the Point Curve pane is visible. When the cursor is over the image, you will see the corresponding tone show up as a circle outline over the point curve. You can then click on the image to establish a point on the curve.

By the way, if you have Windows (not Mac) then you use the Ctrl key, not the Alt key. I just now tried it and that's what worked.
