Please add to folder’s context menu that folder (s) move to upper folder in hierarchy Splitting one source folder to multiple folders, Currently that needs make subfolders in source folder, I need to move subfolders to same hierarchy as source folder.(of course time based folder splitting comes to LrCC, It is the best.)

Just click on and Drag to the higher folder. Give it a second and make sure the higher folder is highlighted then Drop.

LR is not a File manager so some of those commands you have in a Real File Manager aren't included. Like Copy and Paste as you should, can't, have a copy of the same image in 2 different folder and in the LR Database, IE Catalog, file.

If Lr isn't a file manager why does it care about folders in the first place? My answer it is a file manager just not a very good one. It makes adjusting folder hierarchies really difficult. I think there should be a module for the file managing functions.

In a photographer point of vue, it's the image that matter, not the file, hence the LR design.
LR is image manager, not a file manager. Since computer cannot store images but only files containing image, LR has to know where to find the original image, and therefore cannot bypass the knowledge of the file.
But then, it only takes care of the images thru the collections and keywords, files are not important.
