I'm new to Lr CC so maybe I'm missing this feature that I thought was in Lr Classic. Is there a way to identify a person in the photo when the facial recognition did not recognize additional faces (add people in the photo)?

There is when there are faces in the photo the program failed to acknowledge. There are examples where a clear face in the the front of the photo and the program missed it. It did however catch a small face in the background...

Unfortunately Lightroom CC doesn't have a tool for drawing face regions as Classic does. The best you can do is add a regular keyword with the person's name (or add the face regions in Classic before migrating your catalog over).
