For those of us that want to save as a tiff, smaller web use jpeg, and standard high quality jpeg, being able to output three images would be a huge time saver.

You may find actions or scripts to do that.

However, don't expect this to be implemented in Elements, there must be clear differences with Photoshop and Lightroom which are targeted towards pros who need heavy customization and batch editing.

I don't lose time with Elements, because I adapt my workflow.
I do shoot raw or jpeg depending on my cameras or smartphone.
If shooting raw, most of the shots don't need any further editing in the editor. I edit them by batch in the ACR and simply click 'Done'. A single click for a whole batch and the edits are saved. A small part is edited in the editor and saved in the best format for the task.

You want to get tiffs, small jpeg or custom sized jpegs from a batch of raws, psd or jpegs? Simply use the 'Export as new files' command in the organizer. Three fast batches while you are having a coffee.

Compare the speed of the workflow you are asking for and this available one in PSE.
