We pay a lot of money every year to use this software. We shouldn't have to go writing & moving config files around our system folders.

At the least, this should be a checkbox option somewhere in preferences or in the UI.

Sometimes, I wonder too why Adobe adding new features in any program should place options in the preferences. Giving the users the option to use it. I totally agree with you! Maybe they just need to redo the entire Photoshop Ui. It looks the same since the Photoshop 1. Maybe they need to really listen the the customers. But they did listen to us when CC19 had all the issues. They just can’t figure out how to have the option on off switch for the transform. We all dislike the option!
