Photoshop CC: problem finding layers by name (duplicate names)

Bug when creating an action in Photoshop :

Suppose you have certain layers with one named "details" for example. Then you create a script within a group of layers and one of them is named "details" as well. When you run your action set, the script may select the first layer named "details" which is not part of your script. And if it happens that you have a previous group named the same as one of your actual layer in the script, it may failed.

That's not a bug. If you refer to something by name, then Photoshop can only match the item by name - and if you have duplicate names, you have an ambiguity.
