ACR bug = wrong camera profiles displayed when (some) Camera Matching profiles deleted

I deleted some CM profiles from "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles\Camera\Olympus E-M1" (I replaced those w/ modified versions in a proper user folder and I do not want the original profiles to be displayed - too many profiles otherwise displayed in a drop down list and that's annoying) and then all of a sudden some some Nikon CM profiles appeared instead in the drop down list... (no mods to .ORF file, so that can't be the reason)... I think users shall be allowed to remove profiles that are supplied by Adobe w/ ACR (or Adobe DNG converter) distribution when they don't want to see them w/o such thing happening :

This probably happens because there is a separate index file that is actually used to maintain the list of profiles loaded and displayed. For this reason I strongly advise against manually editing (adding, changing, removing) profiles directly from the shared/system profile install folder ...
