I would really like to see the Promaster Digital Aspherical LD 11-18mm Lens Profile made available on Lightroom CC. Is there any way that can happen?

Lens correction for all Micro 4/3 (MFT) lenses and cameras happens automatically and no lens profiles for these lenses will appear in the Lens Correction panel.  See the FAQ at the top of this topic:

and this support article:

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Camera Raw/Lightroom: Laowa 9mm f/2.8 Lens Profile.

It seems that with Lightroom Classic CC I'm no longer able to import 3rd party Lens Correction Profiles.
But as Venus Optics Laowa already made three different profiles for their 9mm f/2.8 Zero-D lens (one for each specific camera mount) I would like to use that. Sadly, downloading and "installing" didn't work for me.

Any chance you pick up on that existing file and include it in a future update?

I downloaded the profiles for Sony/Fuji mounts and both profiles are setup for non-raw files vs RAW.
This may have been a mistake by Venus Optics as the documentation on their site indicates they are for RAW files.
You can edit the files and change the statement in the line with "CameraRawProfile" to True instead of False. Then the profiles will show for your RAW files.
You may want to followup with Venus Optics support to confirm this and get them to correct the profiles.

Would you guys be uploading lens correction for the newest Sony Xperia XZ series phones (especially XZ1-2-3, which all share same great sensor), this would make me consider a premium lightroom mobile. Would upscale the potential of my photography and plenty other Xperia users.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Adobe, please add lens profile for Tamron SP 24-135mm lens!!.

The Tamron SP 24-135mm is a great old Minolta lens that works wonderfully with my Sony body.  A profile was available from the profile downloader which is no longer available or supported.  Adobe, can you please add the profile or make something available?

Oh, and just to clarify, I wanted the profile for the Sony Alpha A mount, in my case on the a850.

Profiles for the Yongnuo YN 50mm F1.4 lens were added in Lightroom 7.4/Camera Raw 10.4.

See: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/supported-lenses.html

As long as you have at least the version(s) above, the profiles should be available for raw files.

Regards,

- Chris

According to this thread, DNGs from the DJI Mavic 2 Pro have built-in lens corrections applied automatically.

See this help article for determining whether the built-in lens profile has been applied and which corrections it is making:

The mobile version of Lightroom needs to have a Moment Lens correction profile. It has most of the other lenses except for that one.

The lens profile for the Sony E 15-50 f/3.5-5.6 is missing since 2012. Please add a profile for this widely used lens in the next update. Your faithful customer since LR version 1.0 beta.

First there is no E 15 - 50 Sony lens. There is a 16-50 Sony E lens. Which is for a Mirrorless camera. All mirrorless cameras the lens profile is built in and included in LR.
If you look at the lens correction section of the Develop module you will see an "i" in a circle at the bottom and the words "Built-in Lens Profile applied". No need to check Enable Profile Correction and no need to look for that lens. That is for RAW images.
For JPGs the camera has already applied the built in profile when converting the RAW sensor data to the JPG format.

I have recently purchased the Samyang AF 14mm f/2.8 and the Samyang AF 85mm f/1.4 in canon ef mount. I have Lightroom classic CC & Photoshop installed but see no lens profile for either of these lenses.

How do I request these profiles?
