Good morning
I have an existing subscription account for Photoshop which ends in April - as far as I know it was a 12 month commitment - my original computer onto which this was installed has recently given major problems and I have now purchased a new Dell computer onto which I installed the Cloud app and Photoshop plus the other options that were offered for installation i.e. Bridge and Lightroom. The problem is that when I try to access these a message is given that this is a 30 day trial version. My original product has been completely removed from the original PC which has been fully wiped.

Have you gone to Help>Sign-In and signed into your software?

Thank you Jeffrey in the end it was such a simple thing - I had to launch into the trial version on my computer then go to licence this product - after that it all happened automatically - I was confused by the fact that the primary message told me that I was back on a trial version.

All now seems to be resolved - I must say that the chat option on photoshop is really good. It's just quite difficult to get to that option on the website.
