Lightroom for mobile (Android): Access issue

I again tried purchasing the app.. I really don't know whtats wrong with your app. Both the times money deducted from account but no access given yet.. it shows some error. Money is getting wasted here and nobody is here to help. Can anyone contact me over my phone so that I can explain what problem I m facing. Very annoyed now with your app. This is my 2nd time facing the same issue.. even last time also I never received any money.

Ganesh, so that I can route you to the proper team, is this a purchase from Google Play or the Apple App store? In which country do you reside?

I never received anything like that. I entered my card details and money got deducted from my account. That's why I m complaining here.

The process is like google play charges the amount and generates a google order id. Once google order id is generated, we process the order and provide the subscription to the linked order id. Also the google order id is sent to the user over email with the subject containing "Your Google Play Order Receipt".

So if your Google order id has not yet been generated and the charge is not being refunded within 5-7 working days, I would request you to please reach out to Google play store support.

Also, please provide your gmail id from which you did the purchase so that we can check at our backend that the order exists for your gmail or not.
