Lightroom since version 4 doesn't handle well the accented words in the web module - For example, in the field "Collection Title" try to write : Hôtel - The result isn't correct - I'm a french user... (Adobe Lightroom 4.1 RC2)

Lightroom would have to convert those characters into HTML entities, and it would have to do so by figuring out the glyph. This is not going to be easy.

What happens if you enter the HTML entities in yourself? (i.e., "hôtel") I assume Lr will see the & and escape it, but it's worth a try.

I tried it and cannot repro. Hôtel shows just fine in the Collecton Title, both in Lightroom preview and exported site.

I haven't tried this but, it is likely to be a problem on the input side rather than on the output side, that is the keyboard/input language specification interacting with LR's handling of keystrokes. Left to itself, Windows (and OSX) will give you the right unicode character for pretty much anything, if the application is interpreting the keystrokes and hardware keypresses as well as just getting characters, there is some potential for it getting messed up.

What keyboard layout do you have installed? I tried France/French and there is no letter ô there.

What is you OS?
