Photoshop: Ability to duplicate multiple layers without moving them above the first layer

Sometimes I duplicate layers that belong to different groups. After the layers are duplicated, they are moved above the first layer (the duplicated layers do not remain in their parent groups, they are moved to the first group).

It would be nice to have a checkbox in the duplicate layers dialog that allows the duplicated layers to remain in their groups:

[x] Keep duplicated layers in their groups

The checkbox would be disabled if the destination document is not the source document.

This would help a lot because it prevents the reordering of layers after many layers have been duplicated.
