I would be great to be able to use Photoshop to quickly streamline your traditional line-art drawings. This feature would tightly re-traces your traditional work and converts it into a vector outlined path. It would allow users to still have the option to convert the path into a selection, making it useful for bitmap and selection purposes too! It would assist in faster color fills and selections could be made easier too. Most likely because it originally converted your traditional line art into a solid vector path, I can't see why you wouldn't also be able to import it into Adobe Illustrator and InDesign as well. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I have attached a visual reference page that showcases a "start to finish" traditional drawing converted into streamlined vector paths. If you like this idea, please take a look! Thanks... Don Ristow
