How about color dependent noise reduction? In the Noise reduction section it could have the same list of colors as the HSL section. Then one could reduce noise in specific color ranges independently.
How about a noise reduction threshold slider? A simple +/- slider that sets the upper brightness limit of where noise reduction is activated. In other words, a way to make Lightroom reduce noise in only the darker, underexposed areas of the image while leaving the brighter areas alone. one could manually set the threshold at which NR occurs or click the auto button.
