Feathering ability on the clone/heal tools, and the ability to choose a colour from the photo (eyedropper tool) for the adjustment brush, better undo options.

Your second item (ability to choose a color from the photo) is already there. Click while you're over the color picker, then without releasing move the pointer over the image. The color is picked up wherever you release the button.

It's helpful to separate these into separate posts so that others can support them independently. Also, each of them has already been posted, so you could help by searching for those posts, clicking the +1 button, and commenting on your use case.

The feathering on clone tools and some of the healing tools can be done by adjusting the brush hardness.

you can change feathering on the local brush (for applying basic adjustments), but *not* on the clone/heal tool - aka spot removal tool.

thanks for the tip Mark - I tried playing around with the colour picker, but didn't get anything to happen... this will help me tremendously....

And the hardness adjustment helps somewhat, but I would like to see better clone/heal tools altogether

1. Clone/heal improvements have been made.
2. You can already choose color for paint via eye-dropper.

What kind of "better" undo options were you thinking of?
