There is a crash bug that occurs 100% during my collage work.

3. Ctrl+C to copy the area
4. Ctrl+V to paste to the new layer
5. Press V to switch to the move tool
6. Move the image on new layer a couple of times
7. Crash and "Windows Error dialog" pops up

Try these steps to fix most issues: http://bit.ly/Troubleshoot_PS

I would try resetting your prefs to their default and making sure that your video card driver is up-to-date from the manufacturer's website.

Thanks for the reply!
I tried them step by step but it still occurs. My Photoshop CS5 for Win32 was just clean-installed and I didn't install any plug-ins yet by the way.

Now I'm doubting my language setting (Japanese) on OS causes this problem since the other co-workers using English setting don't have this issue at all. But I can't change the language until the current project is done.

For your reference, I captured how to reproduce the crash on my PC and put the swf file below. Please take a look when you have time. And please let me know if you need any further information from me.
