When I am trying to use "layers to files" function to output PNG, it shows a message like "could not complete the action since the destination folder does not exist". Could someone please help me to solve this problem in Photoshop CC2020 21.1.2?

Where is the folder located on your disk? Photoshop may not have permissions to write to that folder.

I only have one disk, and the folder just located in general place. It is weird because when I choose to output PSD by "Layers to Files" to that folder, it actually worked. However, when I choose PNG(whatever PNG-8 or PNG-24), it shows me the error and the message.

So I am wondering that the problem is caused by Photoshop itself rather than the permissions of my PC.

Anyway, I only want to use the images of layers in AE, and I just found that the files of PSD I exported by "Layers to Files" could be used in AE, so I think my personal problem have been solved.
