My worst experience ever with a product bought online : April 13, I bought Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1, which I thought was the latest version at that time. Was never able to register it online or offline...! Less than 2 weeks later I found out that version 6 was out!... I asked for an unpdate : no success. As if no one was listening somewhere. Than withouth success again, I asked for a refund. Filled formulas and such : nothing! I finally reign myself to buy version 6 (so, in less than 3 weeks, I spent about 360$ for two Lightroom version, 5.7.1 and 6). The first one (5.7.1) I can't still register. The other one (6) is a SIGN IN freak! All I want is a program I can use offline and that does not ask me to Sing in each time I launch it. I don't wan't to be on Cloud or on Adobe's Server : I only want to work alone offline like I do with any other program which does not ask me to sign in all the time. This is mostly annoying. And the customer's service I had for this issue is unacceptable! I'Ve waisted at least tow days in chats or phone communications that ended up nowhere. How should I feel? Is there some one at Adobe who really listen to their customer's issues?
