A-la-carte add-ons for Adobe CC Photography subscription

I've been using Lightroom CC (and to a lesser extent, Photoshop) for many years now.

I now have a potential workflow "requirement" which requires After Effects.

I'm not a professional, I'm an enthusiast.  And while I'm not opposed to paying reasonable money for the added value, I'm also not stupid.  80% of my workflow is done in Lightroom.  10% in Photoshop.  10% in DaVinci Resolve.  (8% Premier/2% After Effects if price was right).  It would be nice if everything was Adobe, but I'm not willing to increase my monthly cost 400% above what it is currently, for an all-Adobe solution for just 10% of my overall workflow.  The value just isn't there for me, particularly since cross-Adobe workflows are quite painful as it stands today.

Therefore, I humbly request that Adobe considers offering lower-cost, a-la-carte add-ons for the Photography bundle.  Given there are 13 apps in the "Single App" menu that aren't included in the Photography bundle, even offering the a-la-carte model at $5 an app/mo as an add-on would be better than getting nothing from those that look for other solutions because the insane $20.99/month per app on top of the Photography bundle is a barrier to entry for enthusiasts.

I realize that the goal for Adobe is to push people to the "All Apps" plan, but for non-professionals (e.g. us enthusiasts and hobbyists), this is in all reality not very likely to happen.

Perhaps enthusiasts and hobbyists aren't Adobe's target market, which is fine.  If that's the case, please let the community know.  Then at least I (and perhaps others) will know where we stand so we can find better suited solutions elsewhere.
