Lightroom: How can I "Whiten" Teeth?

I use Lightroom to edit my photos. Due to diabetes, my teeth are yellow and unfortunately photos of me show that too well. Is there any way I can "whiten" my teeth in a photo?

Thanks, Jeffrey. I found a tutorial on whitening teeth and was successful in removing the yellow that resulted from diabetes.
