When i Enter my code to redeem my purchase.The answer in this is:" The code you entered is invalid. Please try again". So i can't install CS5, that i purchased at Billing date Apr 17, 2011, with order:AD000705286EU, Apr 15, 2011.As i copy from "My order history", which is: Full, Windows, English When i boot CS5 64 bit in WINDOWS 7 64 bit, i read 2 banners : 1rst" Could not load actions because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered"- and 2nd "Could not initialize Photoshop because the preferences file was invalid (it has been deleted)."h version.

Call Adobe Customer Support, and they can tell you what is going on with your serial number.

The problem resolved!! I installed CS5 in my other Pc windows Vista 64 base. Everything installed O.K. and works .So, i have to manage the Pc with windows 7 64 pro , where CS5 first time installed April 2011 working till 2 weeks ago, and second time installed, 2 days ago my 1rst post . Maybe format Windows 7...
