Lightroom: "Find Missing Folder" defaults to "Libraries / Pictures" folder which I never use. Better: Default to parent-of-missing folder.

If I rename a folder outside of Lightroom, I have to "Find Missing Folder" to inform Lightroom where I moved it to.

But Lightroom defaults to the Windows "Libraries\My Pictures" directory, which isn't helpful at all. Furthermore, it defaults to this for EVERY click of the "Find Missing Folder".

Significantly better would be either of these:
1) Default to the first parent folder (that exists) of the missing folder. This would handle the vast majority of cases, which are probably due to folder renaming.
2) Provide a "Preferences" for a root folder where I store my Photos, and start there.

If the parent doesn't exist, another good default would be the parent of the last selected "missing folder"
