"Automatic saving of recovery information" does not work in Photoshop CS6

Translated with google:

I have Photoshop CS6 set so that recovery information every 5 minutes to be saved. It will also create a folder PSAutoRecover, but remains empty. And when Photoshop crashes, what is happening to me yesterday, triggered by a plugin, nothing is restored, although there would have been five files to which recovery information would have to be present.

What should I do to recover from a crash in Photoshop the images?

Auto Save / Auto Recovery is working for everyone else who's enabled it.

So, yeah, nobody else seems to be having that problem.

Hmmm well, Photoshop has recovered some files after a crash for me. HOWEVER its not 100% every time. There's been about 5 instances in the last 2-3 weeks where my photoshop crashed and didnt recover any files at all. The REcovery Folder was empty as well. Not quite sure what to say... Just frustrating when options dont work...

There is a bug in Photoshop, which I can reproduce on different computers (Windows XP, Windows 7)!

I've had Photoshop CS6 crash a few times now without bringing up a recovered file. The option is enabled and set to 10 minutes. I just changed it to 5 to see if this makes a difference next time, but I definitely had the files open for far longer than 10 minutes.

Have you installed all the Photoshop updates? Which OS version are you using?
