4k Monitor incompatibility and Photoshop

Some Adobe products, including the latest CC 2015.5 version that just came out, don't work real well on my 4K monitor. I'm running Windows 10, latest updates and drivers, and Adobe products seem to be the worst displaying applications on my computer. Microsoft applications display perfectly. I have the Windows scaling set to 150%, which by my research is pretty much what everyone with 4k is using, otherwise you'd need a magnifying glass to read anything. Here are my observations in the Adobe suite apps that I use:

Photoshop: When I change the preference's Interface setting to 100, everything's real small and crisp, and the font size selection does nothing. At 200, everything is too big and everything is sorta fuzzy, looks like I'm using an old 1024x768 CRT monitor again. Sure would be nice to have at least one setting in the middle, at 150.

Dreamweaver: The interface size and text is fine actually, but the lines and text are a bit fuzzy/blurry.

Acrobat: Actually not too bad, no big complaints - other than I had to uninstall Acrobat DC because I couldn't create the flash-based Portfolios like Acrobat X could.

Media Encoder: Perfect! The latest version looks terrific

Illustrator: Perfect! The latest version looks terrific, used to have some of the same issues as Photoshop

InDesign: Perfect! The latest version looks terrific, used to have some of the same issues as Photoshop

Adobe has a very large problem with scaling for 4K monitors side by side with 1080 monitor. I cannot even bring my tool bars up to a size I can read. I am going to go to another product if this is not addressed very very soon. You have known about the problem and have ignored the people that have supported Adobe for a long time. What is the problem?

I had to drop down to 1920 X 1080 on a 4K monitor which I bought specifically to use with Adobe products.

Same here spent £400 for a 4K monitor only to find PS have had a problem since the version cc 2015, whats anoying as the main window scaling was fixed between 2015 and 2017... only providing a partial fix is almost worse than nofix at all it shows they are aware but just not commited ... really makes me wonder about Adobe as an organisation - will look at other options.......
