Photoshop: 3D option are not available in My Photoshop CS6. How can I enable it?

When I trying to give an 3D effect to any of shape or text then I can't do that. Because 3D option is not enable in My Photoshop CS6

What OS version are you using?
Does your video card have at least 512 Meg of available VRAM?
Have you updated your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website?
