Photoshop 13.0.4: 3D crashes very often

I installed the latest PS update on my Mac (13.0.4). I soon realized that working with 3D has become so unstable. I am trying to write an advanced 3D action but PS keeps crashing every once in a while. It's so frustrating.

To check if the issue has to do with the latest update, I uninstalled v.13.0.4 and rolled back to v.13.0: the issues were gone.

Hi Jeff and Chris.

I will email a zip file to Jeff, that contains my system info & the crash report the system prepared for Apple.
Jeff, could you please pass it to Chris?

No other programs are open on my Mac. In addition, I tried to increase the memory used by PS in 5% increments. It didn't work either. Even at 80% it kept crashing. I've heard similar problems from other Mac users.
