Photoshop: 3D Bump textures don't animate

- I've created a mesh (donut).
- Applied a custom IBL, adjusted some other material attributes (Shine, Reflection, etc).
- Created a custom Bump texture (same canvas size as main doc, just one image layer and an adjustment layer)
- In the Timeline panel, I created a keyframe at 0 for the Donut Material under 3D Materials.
- Moved the playhead to to 4s (end of timeline) then adjusted Shine, Reflection, and the Bump. This creates another keyframe.

- Preview in Timeline panel shows expected result: in this case, the donut shape decays, gets less shiny.

- Excitedly, I Render Video, only to find that the actual result doesn't animate the Bump setting no matter the 3D Quality setting.

How does one report a bug, for this certainly seems to be one? I can supply the source image upon request, of course
