Photoshop CS6: Why aren't the 3D features enabled?

How come I cannot use the 3D features in Photoshop CS6? I am using a MAC OSX version 10.7.4.. HELP! I downloaded the CC 2014 photoshop from creative cloud and its still not working.

Do you have the extended version of Photoshop CS6 that allows the 3D features?
Does your system meet the minimum requirements to use the 3D features?

Yes it allows them but all the options are in grey.

OK, that means that your system does not meet the minimum requirements for some reason.
Check Help->System Info for what Photoshop knows about your GPU and system.

What kind of GPU do you have?
Does the video card have more than 512 Meg of VRAM?

ya it goes to 719 Meg of VRAM

The GPU is the heart of your video card.
See Jeff's request below - we need to see the System Info log to figure out more about what is going on.
