What does the complete error message say?

What does the Help -> System Info log in Photoshop say about your video card?

I think the problem is my video card, I have a standard intel HD Garphics adapter, I was sure It was a different brand/model. I will send the error message at a later time, I'm mobile at the moment on IPAD.

Thanks

The messages say:

"The 3D features that "use graphic processor" is enabled in the performance preference. Your video card must meet the minimum requirements and you may need to check that your driver is working correctly. Then I hit [Okay], another box pops up; Could not apply the workspace because there is not enough memory(RAM).

Check the actual details in Help->System Info (or just post the log here).
Most likely your video card does not meet the minimum requirements.
