3D Environment Not Showing In Photoshop CC 2015

I'm using the 3D tools in Photoshop CC 2015 but the 3D Environment is not showing when I'm in 3D mode. No perspective grid, no plane. Nothing. I also don't see the cage that should be visible when I select a 3D object. The cage would allow me to change the shape of the object. I have access to the Orbit, Pan, Roll tools, etc. so 3D is functioning to some degree. I've checked preferences and don't see any way to engage this. When I'm in the 3D workspace and have the 3D tab selected, the Environment, Scene and Current View layers within that tab are greyed out. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with why I'm experiencing these issues. Anyone know how to fix. This is the latest version of Photoshop CC 2015 and I'm on the most current OS.
