Photoshop: How do I turn off 200% scaling?

I enabled the 200% UI, on my laptop, and now cannot get it turned off. I have seen the instructions about the tick box... and restarting the program. The problem I am having is after unchecking the box the OK button is out of reach, and wen I reset it is as if I had not unchecked the box... I need help with this

Press Return or Enter to commit the dialog changes (and ESC to cancel, as usual).

Thank you Chris Cox, I wound up having Adobe Support remote access my PC. Thank you for the response I will remember it for any future issues.

OK, glad to hear that you got it solved.
Hopefully the shortcuts will help someone else with the same problem to solve it a bit quicker.
