I have used since LR4 and 5 but never was I having as many problems like I do with LR CC right now. (Yes same problems even after upgrading to the latest 6.3 today)

The latest is, when hovering mouse/tablet pen over the sliders, the settings will be highlighted/activated but when pressing plus/minus keys, the previously chosen setting will be changed instead of the one where the cursor is hovering over.

What the heck, Adobe? Is this one of your random design decisions again without consulting long-term users after so many versions?

Now I have to actually click on every single setting first to select, then I can change the sliders with plus/minus keys, whereas before I simply had to hover my mouse/tablet pen over the target settings, and pressing plus/minus keys would immediately change the sliders.

Well done, Adobe.

You need the up and down keys if you're hovering. The +/- keys apply to whichever slider is highlighted in brighter white (and always have done since they were introduced, as far as I can remember).
