I noticed, that "load" cursor uses during I draw. It makes it difficult to see boundaries.

For Photoshop CC 2018 and earlier see: Pen pressure does not work and busy cursor displays while painting

For CC 2019, there is an update that will be out very shortly which should fix this.

Hi, I have downloaded CC 2019, and gone into permissions in MAC OSX to allow Ps to run as per the article. I am still experiencing this issue.

I'm having this problem too.  Newest PS and Mojave on brand new MacBook Pro.  Any fixes yet?
