I made "cmd h" work to hide outlines of lasso or wand. It constantly hides only when I twice press "cmd h".
This bug appears on both of my Macs, one with OS 10.10, the other with OS 10.9.

Hmm. I'm not seeing that behavior. It my be related to your other posts with problems with shortcuts. Have you tried running under a new Admin user?

Thanks, a collegue of you found the solution: The white window workaround has to be installed also with OS 10.10 and PS 2014.
I thought this bugfix is part of the new software and didn't install it before.

Photoshop CC 2014 does not need that plugin, because the workarounds are already built into the application.
That plugin is only needed on Photoshop CC and older.
