when I tap the " f " key its toggling between the 3 screen modes under "View > Screen Mode"
Im using a brand new Macbook Pro - MacOS Mojave v 10.14.3 and I've tried the newest version of photoshop to a 2014 version and they're all doing the same thing. I open a new document and tap " f " and it toggles screen modes.....?

Yep I discovered it was an actual shortcut so my bad, the reason I thought it was a bug is the shortcut was being triggered when I was trying to re-name a library asset and was interfering with my ability to type the letter "f" but it looks like re-installing the app has fixed that so Im gonna remove the chain, cheers for the responses
