Photoshop: [Custom Shape Tool] "Restore Default Shapes" and more

Going to the Shape window and hitting "Restore Default Shapes..." results in the default groups being added to the current list of Shapes even if they are already present in the list, thus allowing for multiplication of those groups in the panel.

This problem has already been reported a number of times in comments to related threads, but I haven't found a dedicated post to it, hence this.

Also, before opening the Shape panel from Window>Shape after looing up this issue in the forum, I had noticed the "Right-Click>Delete Group" option was greyed out in the drop-down panel in the Shape toolbar.

This behaviour was seemingly corrected by using the Shape panel from Window>Shape, and I haven't been able to replicate it afterwards, but thought I'd include it.

If you go Window>Shapes it has a better panel interface to delete the duplicate groups, and also has the option to add Legacy Shapes, etc
