If you start Windows in Administrator mode does the program launch?

Was muss ich denn dann da eingeben, wenn ich im Administrationsmodus bin?

That looks like you are running a Command Prompt window instead of launching  in Administrator mode.  See: https://www.techadvisor.co.uk/how-to/windows/how-run-programs-as-administrator-in-windows-10-3632744...

If operating in Admin mode doesn't work, does starting Windows in Safe Mode.

So, launching in administrator mode does not change anything. Starting in Safe mode brings up new errors: 1. Submodel does not exist: catalog   2. Can only init the OrganizeModule once. Starting in adminstrator mode in safe mode doesnt change those errors. Back in normal windows the error still is : Could not run script: Organizemodulefactury.lua, Error: Recursive load attempt for namespace

organize module seems to be popping up in every error so maybe it has something to do with that? thanks for your help

Thank you for running the tests.  If you don't have another User account on this Windows device, could you create one and test by logging into it and seeing if the message still appears?

Hey again, I just tried using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and after uninstalling every Adobe program and trying out the tool, the problem continues to exist. If I cant get this fixed very soon I unfortunately am forced to end my subscription because I ́ve been paying for 4 months unable to use the program... ;(

The next item we need to check is your Diagnostic Log.  Go to Preferences>Account and hold down the [Alt/Opt] key. Click the diagnostic log button and send it to me at:

Sorry, but where do I go into preferences>account? I didnt find it in Creative Cloud and online I could only find the log collector tool. Do I do it with that or something else?

Dear Rikk,

I want to say "Thank you" for your time and your support.
Now I`ve installed Lightroom CC on the notebook of my daughter and it works without any problem.
Unfortunately I now have to buy a new notebook, but that ́s not your problem.
THANK YOU!
