won't print but will print from a different resource

Question

I am trying to print from photoshop. When i click print, fix the settings and then click print again nothing happens with the printer. If i click print one copy, or print from another resource my file will print. help

I think it would help those who can help you  if you'll tell us what system you're running, what version of PS, what printer you're using, and a step by step of what you're setting (screen shots perhaps) before you tell the printer to go ahead and print with 'these' settings.
