What is this pixels under the text?

Hi, when I select all text or character I am seeing pixels under the text or character. If I select all pixel show the only bottom left but when I just character it shows under the character. It looks graphics issue and I looked the other Adobe apps Ai, Id, Xd, etc. the problem is just in photoshop. No problem with all other apps. All other apps show light blue when we select the text or character. I also tried changing Advanced Graphic Settings under the Preferences but it didn't help. Any idea how to fix that?

I cant upload the images It gives me a Internal Server Problem.

But I already opened a thread in the forum you can check the pictures from there;

It sure looks like it's related to alternate glyphs. Does this happen with all fonts? Many fonts don't have alternates, so if it's happening with them, too, then I don't think it could have anything to do with how the alternate glyph highlighting is happening on your system.

You might also tell Adobe staff here what your system/OS is, along with the video card information, just in case it's something to do with that.

Yes, it is happening with all fonts. Normally it must show blue color under any text or character when we choose. On the forum other Adobe staff shared pictures and they are also seeing as a pixel. I also shared the picture from Id and it shows blue as it's supposed to be.

Yes the blue (or "graphite" on my system) is what I get with fonts that have alternate glyphs. With ones that don't, I get ordinary highlighting, which is to say the inverse of the background layer. Something weird going on alright, when it's all your fonts. I hope the staff is in touch with you getting enough information between your system and theirs that are showing this, that they can fix it.

In the meantime, is it still easy enough to use the alternate glyph feature and ignore the weird highlighting?

Howdy Murat,

This isn't a bug.  This is indeed to indicate that there is an alternate glyph available.  It won't happen with all fonts or all glyphs -- only those with alternates.

Thanks,
David
